Beyond the Box is made up of talented design professionals committed to giving each client the space they truly desire. We provide computer-generated line drawings, color renderings, floor plans, and elevations, along with walking you through our budget analysis and landing on a budget that works for you, along with realistic timelines. We pride ourselves on staying current with industry knowledge and trends. Our hands-on, job-site approach keeps communication fluid between you, your designer, and your contracting team from the first meeting to the final walkthrough.

1 Let's Talk
Initial Consultation
We want to know your vibe! Your style, your must-haves, and the vision you have for your space. Your designer schedules a 90-minute consultation with you, or you and your contractor. We'll send you our design trends guide, our measurement guide, and a design questionnaire so we both show up ready.
2 See the Vision
Initial Presentation & Design Development
This is the dream-big stage. We walk through our Design Studio, work through a real budget analysis, and start making initial selections that feel like you. A Design Development Agreement locks in your commitment, and ours to you.
3 We Come to You
In-Home Assessment & Proposal
We come to your space, because the best designs are built around real walls, real light, and real life. We’ve been in 1,000s of Kitchens and spaces. We capture photos, take measurements, and finalize your proposal before anything is ordered.
4 Vision to Official
Sales Agreement & Order
You've seen it, you love it; now let's make it happen. We prepare all project documents, walk you through the Sales Agreement together, and place your order. You'll receive confirmed timelines for cabinet arrival and installation coordination, so your whole team stays informed.
5 Design Management
Delivery, Installation & Completion
For our product purchased from arrival and delivery to cabinet and countertop installation, we stay involved to ensure your project is on track. We manage project progress via our Design Management process, verify every detail, and walk through the completed portion of your project with you at substantial completion. Your space, exactly as you imagined it.
6 Share Your Space
Portfolio & Reviews
